I have been involved in the health and fitness industry in a variety of ways for over 20 years; commercial health club owner, body builder, personal trainer, power lifter, strongman competitor and author. It is my diversity of experience which gives me a unique perspective on the issues and obstacles most face with regards to maintaining the lifestyle.
